Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Infrastructure System Manager, your primarily responsibility is to provide high quality work in system design, implementation, testing, maintenance and training as well as documentation.
• In addition, you might also require to involve in pre-sales/post-sales activities and to quickly learn and master new technologies.

Requirements:

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate from reputable university with GPA minimum of 3, equiped with at least 3 year of related experience in performing IT infrastructure tasks.
• Detail oriented and meticulous to produce high quality work with the œgetting things done professional attitude.
• Mature with professional integrity and serving attitude.
• Quick Learner and self motivated
• Excellent communication skills and team player
• Energic and highly self-motivated

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with Microsoft 200x or Unix/Linux related technology is prefered.
• Experience with Messaging System such as QMail, SendMail, Lotus Domino or MS Exchange is prefered, especially with with CLP Admin/MCSE/MCP certification.
• Know and experience with security related technology and tools such as MS. ISA Server, Checkpoints.
• Having CCNA, MCP/MSCE, CompTia or RHCE certification is an advantage
• Know and some experience with IT system management concepts (ITSM/ITIL) and systems are highly appreciated.
• Strong understanding on IT system and network related technologies is required.
• Excellent knowledge in set up Router, Firewall, Switch (Cisco, Nokia and etc)

NOTE: Experience with ITIL and IT Audit or other best practices will be advantages.
