PC Support Project Leader (3-6 Month Contract)
(Jakarta Raya " Jakarta) Responsibilities: * Under limited supervision, respond to and diagnose complex hardware, software, and network problems varying in difficulty through discussions with end-users or through hands-on support for PCs, servers, mainframe applications, and hardware. May be assisted by electronic help desk tools and problem management systems.
* Interact with vendors and other functional teams in order to restore services and correct core problems.
* Respond to, diagnoses, configures and deploys hardware in accordance with agreed upon SLAs.
* Simulate user problems to resolve operating difficulties.
* Recommend system modifications to reduce user problems.
* Act as a liaison to the Customer Services Team.
* Assist lower level specialists or coordinate responsibilities of team.
